Translation start:

Foleo: Shigure, we’ve finally finished it!

Shigure: Yes, not bad if I do say so myself. /

Shall we call it … the portrait of Foleo as a noble lady? /

Hehehe … /

Foleo: Of course. /

After all, I went through the trouble of wearing the dress of a true lady to be your model for this painting. /

Without revealing that it was me, / これを僕のことは明かさず、

When I ask my friends, “Try and guess who this is,” …

I wonder who will be able to answer correctly … ? Hehehe, it’s going to be good.

Shigure: I don’t think ANYONE will be to get it, do you?

This picture looks like a woman no matter what angle you view it from and your clothes here are so different from what you usually wear, Foleo. /

Foleo: Yes, I think so as well!

Shigure: That said, this kind of large-scale prank … it’s the first time I’ve ever done something like it!

I feel like we’ve gone back to our childhood, it’s quite stimulating. /

Foleo: Well then, let’s get a move on and go and show everyone! /

Shigure: Ah! Foleo! Wait a second! /

Shouldn’t you be hiding in the shadows? /

If both of us go and ask, “Who’s the subject of this picture?” /

We’d be letting the cat out of the bag immediately. /

Foleo: Ooh, you’re right … ! No good that, no good at all …

Shigure: Phew … okay, shall we go?

You should leisurely walk behind me at a distance so they don’t come on to you, Foleo.  /

Foleo: Yes, surely! /

Translation end!

Translation notes: As I said in the other dialogue, Foleo and Shigure both speak like proper nobles, so I have translated them that way. When Foleo says いけない、いけない (ikenai) this is a more normal type of expression that you say when you’re not supposed to be doing something, but I did try to give it a more noble flare because of the context of their speech. I’m not sure “no good, no good at all” fits, but it’s all I can think of is that. Do I need to correct that or something else? Let me in the comments below.
